1. Services

M7 provides digital and AI-automation services for the GCC market — including bilingual websites, AI sales & operations automation, local SEO, audits, and lead reactivation. Scope and deliverables are agreed per engagement.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in AED as shown on our site and confirmed per proposal. Recurring fees (where applicable) are billed monthly. Payment terms are agreed before work begins.

3. How we work — 100% remote

M7 operates fully remotely. All discovery calls, pitches, reviews and delivery happen virtually (Zoom / Google Meet). We do not offer in-person or office meetings.

4. Engagement & cancellation

Engagements begin upon written agreement. Either party may cancel per the terms of the specific proposal; fees for work already performed remain payable.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the client, excluding M7's pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how.

6. Liability

M7's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai), without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rules.
